This year the BVSA Association through HOA Elections of California are offering a choice to vote electronically or by mail. By now, you should have received your election ballot in the mail or via email.  Please be sure to send in your ballot electronically or by mail to the Inspector of Election (HOA ElectionsCompany) in the return envelope included in your ballot packet. Exact instructions for mailing your ballot are included in your packet. By returning your ballot, you will help ensure we achieve an election quorum.

Returning the ballot by mail: Mailed ballots must be received by HOAElections using the envelope included in your election packet no laterFriday, June 12, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Mailed ballots received after the deadlinewill not be counted.

 

Drop Off Ballot Box: There is a locked ballot box in the BVSA Administrationoffice for your convenience. We will receive ballots until 4:00pm on Friday,June 12, 2026.

 

Ifyou choose to not cast any votes, simply shade in the circle that says ABSTAIN- “Quorum Purposes Only” and return your paper ballot in the envelope so that it can be counted toward quorum. You must sign the outer envelope in the upper left corner for your ballot to count. Otherwise, the paper ballot is considered invalid and cannot be counted. Remember, without aquorum, the election must be rescheduled at a cost to you, the AssociationMembership.

 

The polls will be open for in-person voting on Saturday June 13, 2026, from9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. If you do not have a ballot, you can request one inperson at the meeting.

 

The Annual Meeting will recess at approximately 11:00 a.m. and will reconvene at 2:00 p.m. After the close of polls at 11:00 a.m. Witnesses will be permitted toview the tabulation. The results will be announced shortly after the Annual Meeting reconvenes at approximately 2:00 p.m. We look forward to seeing you there!
