Return Your BVSA Ballot to Achieve Quorum
Did You Know?
We have five candidates this year and five seats to be filled. So why vote? The Bear Valley Springs Association is required to hold an annual election of Directors. We need to achieve quorum to avoid having to hold a second election that will cost approximately $10,000. You can even return your ballot marked “votes withheld” and it will still be counted toward quorum. Just be sure to follow the instructions in the ballot packet and turn it in by June 8th, 2012. Ballots were mailed on May 9, 2012 and should arrive to you no later than May 15, 2012. If you do not receive a ballot in the mail, please contact Karen Luginbuhl at the Association Office at 661-821-5537, ext. 231 so that a replacement can be mailed to you immediately.
