Cub Lake and Four Island are now open for recreational use. The latest California state testing of samples came back with nutrient levels that are no longer considered dangerous for use.
2020-2021 Assessments
BVSA Assessment statements for 2020-2021 were mailed out to the address of the property owner on file on June 1st. These annual assessments pay for the many amenities we enjoy in Bear Valley Springs, as well as the management of those amenities and the ECC staff to administer the architectural review process as outlined in the C&R’s. Carry Your Amenity Card
All property owners are required to show proof of eligibility before using any amenities, excluding the Mulligan Room. Please have your amenity card with you at all times while in BVS. You may take a photo of your amenity card and keep it on your cell phone. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
